DEDICATION FOR ELECTRONIC SIGN
The dedication ceremony for the electronic sign will be held Thursday, February 11, 2010 between the varsity girls’ and boys’ basketball games with Union Star. There will be a reception in the high school band room after the boys’ game. The purchase of this sign was made possible thru memorials to Dorrene Mitchell, longtime Elwood resident and USD 486 Board member, and thru donations from local businesses, residents and also fundraising efforts of the E-Club. Harry & Pat Elder were instrumental in fundraising efforts and they will also be recognized at this dedication.
